Presently ISH enrolls 256 students from 23 countries. The vast majority of ISH students are foreign nationals with about half of them being U.S Citizens. The parents of ISH students work for the US consulate in Hyderabad and for multi-nationals like Microsoft, Deloitte, Google and Infosys. The school’s preferred class size is 15.

In terms of student nationalities for 2012/2013 the breakdown is as follows: USA-37.5%, Indian-20.7%, France-10%, UK-6%,Australia-5%, Korea-5%.The rest of the students are from countries like Denmark, Belgium, Switzerland Spain, Canada etc.
