Educational trips may be scheduled during the school year, both in and around the Hyderabad area. Parents must sign a permission slip at the beginning of the school year or when entering the school to allow their child to participate in these trips to institutions or places of interest. Such trips will be organized by members of staff and announced well in advance. Where appropriate, teachers might ask parents to act as chaperones or guides for such trips.

The school organizes one longer trip per year for all Secondary students. These trips may be up to one week in duration and are not included in the school fees. Every effort will be made to keep the costs of such trips within the reach of all students and to ensure parents receive adequate notice of the trip.

Trips are always associated with the learning objectives in the curriculum and are, therefore, an important part of the student’s school experience. Attendance is strongly recommended.
